
Bassi Srl received the accreditation from the California Energy Commission, as Approved Laboratory for testing Large Battery Charger Systems.
January 1, 2014 marked the effective date of battery charger efficiency standards in the California Code of Regulations. Title 20, Sections 1601 through 1608 was adopted by the California Energy Commission January 12, 2012, and published by the state office of administrative law. This law requires that new products sold in the state of California be certified to meet a minimum standard of energy efficiency.
Bassi Srl is the first European approved laboratory by the California Energy Commission.
